Can't hear Euphony, or is it stuttering? Open Settings → Audio Help in Discord for step-by-step fixes. You can change your voice channel's region right from there, which is the most likely fix. Also can change the voice region in the webplayer settings as well.

Changing the voice region needs the Manage Channels permission, for you and for Euphony. Euphony asks for it when it's invited now; if it's already in your server, give its role Manage Channels, or re-invite it.
