Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy applies to all Euphony users, and is a simplified extension of the Terms of Service. All Euphony users and those participating in any Euphony services must follow this policy. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion, within the limits below.

Some plans include a free trial so you can try them before paying. The trial is your chance to decide whether the plan is right for you, so you can cancel at any time during it and you will not be charged.

• The first payment after a free trial is not refundable. Cancel before your trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
• Each person may only have one free trial. This applies across Discord accounts and payment methods, and a payment method that has already been used for a free trial will be charged right away instead.
• Accounts and payment methods that have received a refund are not eligible for a free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you will keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

For a purchase that did not follow a free trial, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the payment, as long as you have not used the features you paid for since the payment was made. We may review your account's usage to confirm this. After 48 hours, or once those features have been used, we cannot authorize a refund.

Each person may receive one refund. This applies across Discord accounts and payment methods.

The limits above do not apply to billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled during a free trial, contact us and we will correct it.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and a receipt or proof of purchase containing the order identification number from Stripe, and explain why you are requesting it.

Coercing Euphony staff, making threats, or engaging in behavior constituting harassment is not acceptable. Please note, disputing a charge with your payment provider will lead to the termination of your account.

Subscriptions made through the official Euphony Support Discord server are not eligible for a refund through this policy. In this case, you must contact Discord support for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
