Welcome to Euphony! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Euphony Discord bot and related services, collectively the "Service", operated by Juicers Technology ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to log in using your Discord account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

We collect certain information to provide and improve the Service. This includes:

• Basic account information provided by Discord upon login.
• Track history data generated through your use of the bot.

Our use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle subscription payments. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees associated with your subscription. Payments are typically non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specified by us.

Premium users are not paying for media or copyrighted content. Premium subscriptions only unlock enhanced system capabilities similar to enabling additional tools or settings in a browser. These upgrades may include higher request limits, faster processing, improved queue handling, or extended bot features. They improve the performance and functionality of Euphony, not the media being streamed.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to play any music requested through the bot.

Euphony does not host, store, own, or distribute any audio or media files. The Bot streams publicly accessible content directly from the web at the explicit request of a user. Euphony functions as the equivalent of a web browser or a headless browser. It only retrieves and plays content that a user could manually access through a normal client.

Euphony does not take automated actions and does not access any media unless a physical user provides input through a command. The Bot performs no scraping, bypassing, or unauthorized retrieval of content. It acts only as a controlled interface that mirrors what a user could already do manually in a browser.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Juicers Technology and its licensors. All rights, licenses, and ownership of media remain with the respective copyright holders. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of external content complies with the terms, licenses, and policies of the platform the content originates from.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall Juicers Technology, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Juicers Technology is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. (You should specify the state/country here).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
